WHO ARE WE?
We are a Family Team, who have been building Property for close on 20 years now. In recent years we have expanded our activities to include the acquisition , redevelopment and sale of residential property, all in the Parish of St.Brelade. Notwithstanding that we have traded through a very deep recession , our homes have sold quickly, and brought much praise from their new, contented owners.

JOINT VENTURES
Exactly the same high quality construction, but built and funded by us in whole or part, to suit your financial position.
It may be that you have the site , or run down property, and plan to sell away the newly constructed home. In that case, we can consider a Joint Venture, where broadly speaking, we build at a fixed cost, with our funds, only re-couping that capital, and a share of profit upon its sale. These arrangements work well, when you do not want to commit your own funds to a build, but do want to realise the full potential of your land.
